About
Two decades spent making Microsoft ERP produce business outcomes
Kuldeep Singh is a Principal Microsoft ERP Consultant. He works with finance and operations leadership on Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics GP programmes where the outcome matters to the board.

The story
Sublime Edge Pragmatic Solutions was founded in 2004 as a single-consultant practice working on Microsoft Dynamics GP. The first engagements were upgrades: unglamorous, unforgiving work where the only acceptable outcome is a finance team that closes on time the following month.
Over the following two decades the practice grew to fifteen consultants. Growth came from delivery rather than sales. Clients who had been through one difficult implementation returned for the next one, and referred peers who were in the same position.
That period produced more than 150 ERP implementations and over 500 Dynamics GP upgrades, delivered in thirteen countries across manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, retail, construction, financial services, the public sector and more than twenty other industries.
Recruiting and developing consultants became a discipline in its own right. Fifteen consultants were hired, trained on a structured functional curriculum, and taken through supervised delivery until they could hold a room with a CFO. Several now lead practices elsewhere.
Today the work is concentrated where experience compounds: Business Central implementations and migrations, Dynamics GP modernization, programme recovery, and executive advisory for organizations deciding what their finance systems should look like for the next ten years.

Philosophy
How the work is approached
These principles are not positioning. They determine what gets recommended, what gets refused, and how engagements are structured.
- 01
ERP is business transformation
A system replacement changes the software. A transformation changes how the organization closes its books, controls cost and makes decisions. Only one of those justifies the investment.
- 02
Design the operating model first
Chart of accounts, dimensional structure and approval authority are business decisions. When they are deferred to configuration workshops, the programme inherits ambiguity it cannot resolve later.
- 03
The close is the honest measure
Every claim about an ERP programme can be tested against one question: has the month-end close become faster, more accurate and less dependent on individuals?
- 04
Say what will not work
The most valuable contribution a consultant makes is often a clear statement that a scope, timeline or budget will not hold. Delivered early, that assessment is worth more than any configuration.
Work with a consultant who has done this before
Whether the requirement is a migration, a recovery, or an experienced hand inside a Microsoft Partner delivery team, the starting point is a direct conversation.
